John takes pride in meeting new people in the real estate community, building long term relationships and helping his partners grow their businesses. 

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Boston with a degree in Psychology, John began his career in the mortgage industry and was brought to the Shant Banosian Team because of their growing reputation and entrepreneurial spirit. In his 3 years with the team, John has been an integral part of growing the business to funding over $900 million in loans in 2019 alone.

John was born, raised and currently resides in Medford, MA. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, his family and his friends. He is a board member with both Medford Community Housing and GBAR YPN and is a Committee Member of the St. Jude Walk/Run Boston.
