Nicole made the transition into real estate after many years in
the cosmetics industry. Her husband Ryan was her biggest influence and supporter for her to make the leap. Nicole finds the industry exciting and leans on her strength at building relationships everyday. She says "to be the best" you need to "surround yourself by the best" and she is learning and thriving on the top producing @lucciteam.

Ryan has over 15 years in the #mortgate industry and is one of the Top Producers in the country for @mortgagenetwork. He credits his success with being habitual. His morning routine is the foundation of starting his day off right for his clients. Over the past year, Ryan's team has expanded their lending coverage into close to 25 states in the US.
